With eight years experience in animation and children's book illustration behind him, Mark set up Quay Animation Studios in December 2005.  
The studio consists of a core team of 6 freelance animators and illustrators.  With extensive experience in everything from animated feature films 
to music videos and animatics they are currently working on a 10 minute film entitled 'Theory of (R)evolution" Financed by the UK Film Council 
and Northern Film and Media the story deals with themes of evolution, urban regeneration and a shed load of monkeys.
