Having 12 studios we hire to our artists, Mushroom Works also have some spaces for private hire. Whether you want to hold your own exhibition or hire a meeting room for a conference. We offer reasonable rents in a unique creative atmosphere. There is a discount for registered charities and community groups.

:: Gallery

Anyone interested in showing at Mushroom Works Gallery are encouraged to come and see the space first. The gallery space can be hired on a weekly basis , work must be approved at the time of booking. Hire charge includes all electricty costs, email invites to the mailing list and creation of a page on our website. There is no commission on sales and the exhibiting artist/s determine opening times, and arrange invigilation and all other publicity.

Applications from artists are invited for free exhibitions in Mushroom Works Gallery. Graduates, individuals and groups of artists are all welcome. This is a free exhibition opportunity and includes coverage in our web site and mailing of an email invite. No commission on sales is charged. To be considered of this opportunity applicants must submit an Exhibition Proposal, including images of works and details of practice, also details of how the exhibition will be marketed are required .

:: Workshop Space

Workshop space is available for artists to run workshops for groups of up to 12 people, perfect for a wide range of creative workshop activities

Size 3.8m × 9.2m . Tables and chairs can be provided and Internet access is available.

Price: £50 half day or £100 full day

:: Project Space

Project space is a perfect space for a range of artists who need temporary space for creating their works . It is a stimulating working environment within Mushroom Works. The space has good daylight and internet access . It can be hired from 1 day to 1 week

Price : £30 a day

:: Meeting Room

Mushroom Works offers 2 flexible spaces for meeting, interview and professional training sessions , with seating for 6 to16 comfortably . I nternet access and catering facilities are available.

Price : £15 per hour
